Refund Policies

Apprenticeship and Herbal Lab Programs Refund Policy

There are absolutely no refunds, transfers, or make-up days for missed classes or dropping the programs 1 month or less from the start of the program, and/or once the program begins. The responsibility of attending each valuable class rests solely upon the student. Students who attend CMHS programs take coveted places in programs that other students would be thrilled to utilize. If a student drops out 1 month or more before the start of the program, they will receive their fee minus a 20% administrative and processing fee. No exceptions will be made. Thank you for understanding.

Class & Workshop Refund Policy

Refunds will gladly be given minus a 20% processing fee up to 14 days before a community workshop. We have a no refunds policy for cancelling 14 days or less before a workshop and for no-shows. No exceptions can be made. Thank you for understanding. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you might have before registering.

Mentoring Refund Policy

There will be no refunds after a mentor/mentee meeting. Lateness in meeting and no shows without prior communication will mean that the mentee forfeits the fee for that meeting and may be excused from the mentorship. For a long term (more than 2 meetings) agreement, the contract may be terminated by either party (mentor or mentee) within 3 days of a next meeting. Refund will be prorated with the addition of a $100 processing fee.

Success is not guaranteed as it will be the work of the mentee to accomplish the goals.

Attendance and Behavioral Policies

The apprenticeship programs at CMHS are for students who are committed to be present each day of the program/s and completing all assigned work. We reserve the right to terminate the teacher/student affiliation at any time without refund for disruptive behavior, creating undue drama, disrespect towards instructors or students, not completing required work, and/or missing 2 consecutive classes in a program, with no exceptions. Please read the entire program offerings carefully, including what you’ll need to acquire for the programs and our *refund policy, in order to make the right decision for you. Thank you for understanding. Please feel free to contact suzanne@cedarmountainherbs.com with any questions you might have before registering.
