The little golden suns of spring are making their appearance – dandelions!
What do you all do with them? I’m planning to try for the first time, dandelion jelly. At the farm, we are planning to do a root harvest, again, to roast for tea. And, last year I made a gf dandelion cake that was pretty tasty – but really, just gorgeous decorated with dandelions, calendula, and violas. I should see if I can find out how to attach a photo here.

I just ran out of my roasted dandelion roots from last fall! Ayiiii! Dandelions are JUST coming up here in Idaho. I hope I have lots!
