The role of elderberry as one of the most beloved and effective herbs for addressing many viral infections is well known, yet there are as many ways to utilize the berries as there are herbalists. Gain an understanding of the unique constituents of our native Elder, Sambucus nigra ssp. cerulea, that make it such a valuable remedy. Students will make an elderberry honey OR tincture.
The workshop will be inside Suzanne’s fabulously cozy and comfortable kitchen (address and directions will be emailed after enrollment). Herbal tea will be provided. ♥
P.S. Copies of Suzanne’s Wild & Beautiful botanical skincare book and her newest book, Quest for Calm will be available for purchase at the workshop!
”Thank you, Suzanne, for the wonderful hands-on elderberry class. [We] learned so much!
