Garden Herb Culinary Wreath Making
The weather is so beautiful this time of year! Crisp at night, warm (ish) during the day and the air smells like apple cider! We’ll meet in the orchard under the apple trees and make a kitchen wreath with herbs harvested from the garden. The herbs will dry for use all winter long in soups, stews, chili, meat and veggie dishes – how cool is that?
Being an herbalist, of course we will discuss the medicine in the herbs each student chooses.
